Also managed/manages portfolio including numerous rental properties, apartments, promissory notes secured by deeds of trust as well as Tenancy in Common R.E. investments: shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, and restaurants.

Developed several residential housing projects (more than 130 units) Processes included acquisition of raw land, processing parcel maps, subdivision maps, hiring of general contractors, architects, and engineers. Worked with neighborhood groups to elicit project support. Managed onsite sales offices. Developed lots and homes in Costa Rica. Purchase and rehabilitation of REO and “fixer” homes for sale or rental. Re-Developed former “Cotati Cabaret” historic building into current usage as “Ner Shalom Synagogue.
